The Steering Committee, under the direction of the Superintendents' Council, and SELPA staff, develop policies, processes, and guidelines to help provide guidance for Sonoma County school districts in important areas of special education. Such policies, processes and guidelines are then reviewed and approved by the Superintendents' Council.
