The purpose of the Special Education Procedural Manual (“Manual”) is to assist school personnel to understand and practice procedures that are consistent with Federal, State, and LEA requirements. Consistent with its vision, mission and core beliefs, the Sonoma County SELPA is committed to ensure compliance with such policies and procedures. It is expected that District personnel will serve students with disabilities and their families in a manner consistent with this manual.
