Behavior & Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS)

Program specialists are available to provide comprehensive staff development in response to the needs of the district staff. To support school staff in addressing student behavior issues, the Charter SELPA developed the Managing Serious Behavior (MSB) training. This two-day training focuses on preventing escalating student behavior and teaches staff how to handle students at-risk of hurting self or others. These trainings are available at least three times per school year. For more information on the MSB trainings or other behaviorally-focused professional learning opportunities, contact the Charter SELPA office.

Questions about the behavior planning forms should be directed to Suzanne Merideth, smerideth@sonomaselpa.org, (707) 524-2758.
